GENERAL
• Q: What does your company do?
A: We provide reliable and affordable plant and equipment hire for construction, earthmoving, landscaping, and farming projects. Whether you need a mini excavator for a weekend job or a full fleet for long-term hire, we've got you covered.
• Q: Who can hire from you?
A: Anyone! We supply to licensed contractors, businesses, and DIY homeowners. You just need to meet our identification and insurance requirements.
• Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in Gisborne, Victoria and we serve surrounding areas. Delivery is available—just ask us for a quote. We will charge you this after you’ve confirmed your booking.
EQUIPMENT & AVAILABILITY
• Q: What types of machines do you hire out?
A: We currently offer a wide range of plant and equipment, and are expanding each week, including:
- CAT Excavators (1.6T–1.8T) with attachments
- Tip Truck – FUSO 615 City Cab (car license required)
- Loaders
- Trailers
- 6x4 Cage Trailer
- 8x5 Trandem Plant Trailer with Ramps
- 8x5 Tandem Trailer
- Compaction Equipment
- Pressure Washers
- Chainsaws
- Lawn mowers (Ride on and Hand)
- Portable Toilets (towable)

• Q: Is your equipment well-maintained?
A: Absolutely. All our machines are regularly serviced and safety-checked before each hire.
• Q: Can I inspect the equipment before hiring?
A: Yes, inspections are welcome during business hours. Contact us to arrange a time.
BOOKING & HIRE
• Q: How do I book a machine?

Q: Is there a minimum hire period?
A: Yes. Most items have a minimum hire of 1 full day, depending on the equipment.
• Q: What do I need to provide to hire?
A:
- Valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence), send this through to us once your booking has been confirmed
- Relevant licence/ticket for certain equipment (if applicable)
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
• Q: Can you deliver the equipment?
A: Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services. Charges vary based on distance and equipment size from Gisborne, Victoria
• Q: Can I pick up the equipment myself?
A: Yes, provided your vehicle and trailer meet safe transport requirements.
INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITY
• Q: Am I responsible for damage or theft?
A: Yes. Once the equipment leaves our yard, it is your responsibility until returned. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about cover for hired equipment.
• Q: Do you offer insurance options?
A: We can assist with damage waiver options—just ask our team for details.
OPERATING THE MACHINERY
• Q: Do I need a licence to operate the equipment?
A: Some equipment may require an appropriate licence or competency. We’re happy to advise based on what you’re hiring.
• Q: Can you show me how to use the machine?
A: Yes. We provide basic operating instructions and safety briefings with every hire.
PAYMENT & RETURNS
• Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept EFT, credit/debit card, and approved business accounts.
• Q: What if I return the equipment late?
A: Late returns may incur additional charges. If you need more time, contact us as early as possible.
• Q: What if the equipment breaks down?
A: Call us immediately. We offer phone support and will dispatch a technician or replacement where possible.
• FUEL & CLEANING
Q: Do I need to return the equipment clean and fueled?
A: We request that all hired equipment be returned with a full tank of fuel and in a reasonably clean condition. Failure to refuel the equipment will result in a refueling charge at the rate of $3.00 / litre. If the equipment is returned in an excessively dirty condition, a cleaning fee will also be applied at the Owner’s discretion.
